Home of Our Own

Check out Home of Our Own (HOOO) a nonprofit organization that provides furniture and household items at no cost in a timely fashion to individuals, veterans, and families in Howard County Maryland who are transitioning from homelessness. In May, Bethany is collecting urgently needed items for HOOO. Bring your donations to the Missions Central Collection Area in Fellowship Hall. 

Needed items include: 

Cutting boards

Can openers, hand

Pizza cutters

Kitchen shears

Ice cream scoops

Pasta servers

Oven mitts

Swiffer Mops to use (wet and dry Pads)

Laundry baskets

Toilet plungers (new)

Twin, Full, Queen blankets (not comforters)

Queen, Full and Twin size mattress pads

Floor lamps

Bathroom trash cans

Vacuums, Upright bagless

 Twin Sheets (Extra Long)

Light bulbs, 3 ways (40,60,100 watts), 60 watts

Kitchen Trash Cans with Lids

New Pillows
